Dr. Shashita Inamdar is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric disorders. She is a licensed physician and serves as a member of the Clinical Faculty at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, as well as Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the Department of Family Practice at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Inamdar is the Medical Director at Center for Discovery, a leading residential and outpatient treatment program specializing in eating disorders, mental health, and substance abuse for women, teens, and adolescents.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in both Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Inamdar integrates evidence-based treatment with a patient-centered approach.
