Keller Rich is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #95120) and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience working with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create a supportive and caring environment where each person can thrive.
With a background in therapy and sports, Keller also specializes in working with athletes struggling with performance anxiety, stress management, and body image issues. She utilizes a client-centered and collaborative approach, empowering clients to achieve their personal and relationship goals.
Keller is trained in Attachment and Somatic-Focused EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She integrates various evidence-based modalities, including:
