I have been told by my clients that I always bring warmth and openness to my sessions. I believe in bringing my authentic self to each session so my client can build a trusting therapeutic relationship with me. My mission is to understand who my client is and walk alongside them in their journey. I am truly inspired by the resilience I find in each person I meet. The best part of my profession is helping them see this in themselves. My clients can expect honesty, transparency, and an opportunity to thrive through a supportive process.
SPECIALTIES

Making the decision to seek mental health support is important yet frightening for many. The fear sometimes comes from a place that counseling will be about what is “wrong” with someone. I believe that no one who comes to see me is “broken” and that they do not need to be “fixed”. I see every person as having the ability to make positive changes and it is my goal to help my clients uncover the capabilities they already have. I work from a strength-based approach that will help you break through your personal barriers and leave you feeling empowered.
I have been lucky enough to grow up in San Diego and I do not ever want to leave this warm weather!
My fiancé and I live in San Diego with our goofy golden retriever, Alley. We are so lucky that our families live close by and we love getting together for dinners and game nights.
I love to cook and travel! When I find good food while traveling, that is the best of both worlds. I have always liked to try out new restaurants and there are so many options in San Diego. I also really enjoy going to the beach and reading a good book as well.
