I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice through the University of San Diego and her bachelor’s degree in nursing at National University in San Diego, CA. I have over ten years of experience in inpatient psychiatric nursing, including crisis stabilization, in San Diego County. She is familiar with many of the resources available here in San Diego County to assist our families with various treatment options.
I aim to adopt a comprehensive and interconnected method in identifying the underlying cause of symptoms and strive towards discovering solutions that encompass each person’s physical, mental, and spiritual aspects and unique requirements. I take great satisfaction in delivering personalized care, guaranteeing that every interaction is characterized by profound respect and empathy. By creating a nurturing atmosphere and investing sufficient time to understand you, we can collaborate to establish a solid basis that acknowledges and values the significance of exceptional mental well-being. We can achieve personalized care for everyone through the thoughtful use of medication, psychotherapy, and education.
While my primary focus has been working with adults with mood and substance use disorders, I have also gained valuable experience working with senior individuals, children, and adolescents. Through my involvement in inpatient hospitalization and crisis stabilization, I sincerely appreciate the privilege and honor of supporting individuals and their families during their most vulnerable moments.
