Arianna has her master’s in clinical psychology with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy and is a clinical psychology doctoral candidate with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology-San Diego. Arianna is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist but currently practices as a registered Psychological Associate under a licensed clinical psychologist. Arianna has a background in serving individuals and families of individuals overcoming addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other mental health challenges. Arianna has specialized training in the area of psychological assessment. Arianna provides individual, family, and couple therapy alongside supporting diagnostic clarification through the use of cognitive, intelligence, and neuropsychological testing. Arianna can help individuals and families better understand and treat any underlying diagnoses that may be contributing to mental health and/or substance issues. Arianna takes a client-centered approach focusing on supporting the needs and voice of the client while offering unconditional positive regard for all journeys through life. Arianna blends a transpersonal psychology modality with cognitive behavioral therapy for a multidimensional approach to the human psyche. Arianna utilizes the benefits of family therapy, play therapy, and art expression when working with children and adolescent clients. Arianna enjoys spending her free time with her spouse and toddler where they enjoy activities outdoors. Arianna loves painting, drawing, reading, and writing in her personal time.
