
KELLER RICH, LMFT
Keller is a licensed mental health clinician in the state of California. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults suffering from a range of different issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and severe mental illness. Keller is passionate about working with individuals and their families to assist in creating a supportive, caring environment in which each individual can flourish within their family system. As a former Division I athlete along with years of experience as a high school coach, Keller uses her therapeutic skills and her sports background to work with athletes experiencing a range of different issues including performance anxiety, stress management, and body image issues.
Keller is proficient in motivational interviewing and client-centered treatment so will work collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals. Keller incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, guided mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and structural family therapy (when applicable in treatment) always keeping in mind the client’s values and goals as being at the forefront of their care.
