
KELLER RICH, LMFT
Keller is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults suffering from a range of different issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma. Keller is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families to assist in creating a supportive, caring environment in which each individual can flourish within their family system.
Keller also uses her therapeutic skills and her sports background to work with athletes experiencing a variety of challenges including performance anxiety, stress management, and body image issues.
Keller uses motivational interviewing and an overall client centered approach. She will work collaboratively with her clients to achieve their individual and relationship goals. Keller incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, Attachment and Somatic-focused EMDR, guided mindfulness, solution focused therapy and family systems therapy, always keeping in mind client’s values and goals as being at the forefront of their care.
Trained in Attachment and Somatic Focused EMDR, motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy.
