Marjorie Sanchez, MA, LMFT
Marjorie offers therapy for individuals, couples, and families in both English and Spanish. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in therapy for adults and children/adolescents 8 years and up.
She has been working with youth and adults in San Diego for the last twelve years across non-profit agencies, schools, recovery centers and outpatient clinics. She has a wide range of experience in the areas of crisis-management, assessments, short-term/long-term therapy, and psycho-educational groups/classes.
Marjorie is a native Spanish-speaker and has had the chance to work closely with the Latino communities here in San Diego. Marjorie received her Bachelor degrees in Psychology and French from Arizona State University, and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant University (formerly USIU). She is also a certified Domestic Violence Treatment Provider for San Diego County.
Marjorie integrates her compassionate style with systemic approaches, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices to meet your needs and personal goals.
