In working together you can expect to experience a compassionate and non-biased space where you will feel heard, seen, validated and responded to, while also being gently guided into new levels of awareness, insight and opportunities. I believe that each of my clients already have everything they need within them and that my role is to come alongside them in harnessing what already exists.
SPECIALTIES
- Relationship Issues
- Challenges related to lack of worth/self-esteem
- Positive Communication
My personal journey impacts the ways I show up as a professional. I recognize the importance of self-disclosure when appropriate/helpful, along with being especially mindful of allowing my clients to guide the process, rather than proclaiming the have the “solution”.
My family is extraordinarily supportive of the work I do, as well as offering me the space to decompress, laugh, evaluate my needs and work towards common goals. This was not always my experience in relationships and therefore I’m especially grateful.
I enjoy being outdoors, good coffee, spending time with family and friends as well as a great reading list.
