Elizabeth Power has over 25 years of expertise and sees each person as a unique relationship working together as a team to find healing, growth and a more satisfying life. Elizabeth is also a certified Pilates instructor and uses the connection of bodywork and mindfulness for trauma healing.
In her spare time Elizabeth loves everything involving the beach like surfing and scuba diving. She has lived and worked in Southeast Asia through her lifetime and still enjoys traveling. She also is an avid writer and enjoys using her writing for developing screenplays and documentaries
